目的探讨联用苯磺酸氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂的临床效果。方法将2012年2月～2013年2月期间在我院接受治疗的156例老年原发性高血压病患者均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组患者单用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组的治疗联用苯磺酸氨氯地平片加阿托伐他汀钙片。比较两组患者血脂、血压、脉压变化等临床疗效。结果经过一系列治疗之后,治疗组与对照组治疗后舒张压、收缩压及脉压均明显下降,但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对高血压伴高血脂的治疗过程中,苯磺酸氨氯地平联用阿托伐他汀钙治疗疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia. Methods 156 elderly patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine besylate alone, and amlodipine besilate plus atorvastatin calcium in the treatment group. The clinical effects of blood lipid, blood pressure and pulse pressure were compared between the two groups. Results After a series of treatments, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure of the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased after treatment, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia, Amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium treatment has a significant effect.
