为了实现在不加重学生学习负担的情况下,提高教学质量这一目的,在课堂教学中必须发挥教师的指导作用和学生的主体作用。而真正发挥学生的主体地位,离不开教师的科学指导。那么教师在课堂教学中怎样“导”?“导”什么呢?本人根据几年来的教学实践谈“导”的几点粗浅的认识。
