现代机关事业单位以及企业中的管理工作更加倾向于人的管理,尤其是作为现代管理核心的人力资源管理工作更是也到了相关部门、企业的重视。人事档案是人力资源管理工作的重要部分,也是企业信息化、数据的表现形式,其发挥着自己的重要作用。但是在目前情况下,相关单位的人力资源管理当中存在着或多或少的问题,这些都在一定程度上影响了单位的发展。本文主要针对现代有关单位人力资源的管理工作当中存在的人事档案问题进行研究,探索更加实际有效的管理方式。
Modern institutions and enterprises in the management of the work more inclined to human management, especially as the core of modern management of human resources management is also to the relevant departments, enterprises attach importance. Personnel files is an important part of human resources management, but also the enterprise information, data forms of expression, which plays its own important role. However, at present, there are more or less problems in human resources management of relevant units, which all affect the development of units to a certain extent. This paper mainly studies the personnel archives existing in the management of human resources in modern units and explores more practical and effective management methods.
