本文针对重质油中所含铁、镍、钒三种痕量组份,按正交试验原理配制一系列标准混合溶液,测其吸光度,用最小二乘法和高斯-约旦法(LSGJ程序)求解线性方程组,得到“条件吸光系数”。再用该程序和所得的吸光系数由合成样的吸光度计算回收量,回收率在80~110%以内,满足分析要求。本法避免了以往同时光度法中测定纯组份吸光系数的麻烦,分析结果的准确度也有提高,有可能取代实际中多种分析法分别测定的过程。
In this paper, a series of standard mixed solutions of iron, nickel and vanadium contained in heavy oil were prepared according to the orthogonal experimental principle. The absorbances were measured by least square method and Gaussian-Jordan method (LSGJ program) Linear equations, get “conditioned extinction coefficient.” Then the program and the resulting absorbance calculated from the absorbance of synthetic sample recovery, the recovery rate within 80 ~ 110%, to meet the analysis requirements. The method avoids the trouble of measuring the extinction coefficient of the pure component by the spectrophotometry in the past, the accuracy of the analysis result also increases, and may replace the actual determination of the multiple analytical methods respectively.
