目的 比较顺产与剖宫产产妇初乳中抗感染因子含量的差异。方法 采用免疫比浊法测定顺产组及剖宫产组产妇分娩后 4 8、96h共 114份初乳中SIgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3、C4浓度。结果 ①顺产组产后 96h初乳中IgG、C3比产后 4 8h明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,剖宫产组产后 96h初乳中SIgA、IgG、IgM、G3比产后 4 8h明显下降 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;②产后 4 8h剖宫产组初乳中SIgA、IgG、C3、C4浓度明显高于顺产组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;③产后 96h ,剖宫产组C4浓度明显高于顺产组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其余差异无显著性。结论 产后 4 8h ,剖宫产组初乳中抗感染因子 (SIgA、IgG、C3、C4)的浓度明显高于顺产组
Objective To compare the differences of anti-infective factors in cesarean section between cesarean section and cesarean section. Methods The levels of SIgA, IgG, IgM, complement C3 and C4 in 114 colostrums of the cesarean section and the cesarean section were measured by immunoturbidimetry at 48, 96 hours after delivery. Results ① The IgG and C3 in the colostrum of 96 hours postpartum were significantly lower than those of 48 hours postpartum (P <0.01), and the levels of SIgA, IgG, IgM and G3 in the 96 hours postpartum colostrum of the cesarean section group were significantly lower than those of 48 hours postpartum <0.05 or P <0.01). ② The concentrations of SIgA, IgG, C3 and C4 in the colostrum of cesarean section group were significantly higher than those of the cesarean section group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) at 48 h postpartum. ③ After 96 h of postpartum, the concentration of C4 in the cesarean section group was significantly higher than that in the cesarean section group (P <0 05), while the other differences were not significant. Conclusion The serum levels of anti-infective factors (SIgA, IgG, C3, C4) in the colostrum of cesarean section were significantly higher than those of the spontaneous abortion group
