目的:探讨蒙药材悬钩子木治疗慢性支气管炎的药理作用。方法:用“香烟熏法”建立慢性支气管炎小鼠模型后灌胃给悬钩子木的水提取物14天,测定体重变化、计算肺指数及肺组织病理学改变。结果:模型对照组支气管上皮细胞变形、坏死、脱落,支气管管腔内见有渗出物,肺泡扩张,呈肺气肿变化。悬钩子木大剂量组、中剂量组及阳性对照组肺宁颗粒都明显减轻小鼠肺组织病理改变。结论:悬钩子木水提取物的高剂量组(8.56g/kg)、中剂量组(4.28g/kg)、小剂量组(2.14g/kg)均不同程度减轻小鼠肺组织病理改变,可能具有治疗慢性支气管炎的作用。
Objective: To investigate the pharmacological effects of Rubus heterophylla on chronic bronchitis. Methods: A mouse model of chronic bronchitis was established by “cigarette smoked method”. The aqueous extract of Rubus kujus was orally administered for 14 days. The body weight was measured and the lung index and lung histopathological changes were calculated. Results: The bronchial epithelial cells in the model control group were deformed, necrotic and exfoliated. Exudation occurred in the bronchial lumen, and the alveoli dilated with changes of emphysema. The bollworm high dose group, the middle dose group and the positive control group lung Ning Granule all reduced the pathological changes of the lung tissue of the mice. Conclusions: The high dose group (8.56g / kg), medium dose group (4.28g / kg) and low dose group (2.14g / kg) of A. hirsutus L. extract alleviate the pathological changes of lung tissue in mice to some extent, With the role of treatment of chronic bronchitis.
