目的分析案例,探讨职业卫生监督工作经常遇到的难题。方法剖析1起某公司无正当事由拒绝职业卫生监督检查的行政处罚案例。结果企业主法律意识和职业病防治知识薄弱,片面追求利润最大化,不顾劳动者健康;劳动者缺乏职业病防护知识和自我保护意识。结论政府及有关职能部门应进一步加强职业病防治法宣传贯彻力度,依法处罚企业违法行为,以增强企业守法意识,保障劳动者健康权益。
Objective To analyze cases and discuss the problems often encountered in the supervision of occupational health. Methods An analysis of a case of administrative penalty that a company refuses occupational health supervision and inspection without any justifiable reasons. Results The legal awareness of business owners and knowledge of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases were weak, one-sided pursuit of profit maximization, regardless of the health of workers; workers lack awareness of occupational disease protection and self-protection. Conclusion The government and related functional departments should further strengthen the publicity and implementation of Occupational Disease Prevention Law and punish the illegal behaviors of enterprises in accordance with the law so as to enhance the awareness of law-abiding enterprises and protect the rights and interests of workers.
