本文通过文献资料法、3D影像视频教学法、对比分析法、归纳整合和数理统计等方法对体育高考生背越式跳高技术与训练效果进行了研究。结果表明,用多媒体技术对背越式跳高训练在技术上有很大的帮助,训练效果显著,为广大教练员和体育考生提供一定的理论基础。
In this paper, through the methods of literature review, 3D video and video teaching, comparative analysis, inductive integration and mathematical statistics, the paper studies the Fosbury Flop High Jumping Technique and Training Effect. The result shows that it is technically very helpful to use the multimedia technology to train the Fosbury Flop High Jump, and the training effect is remarkable. It provides a theoretical foundation for the coaches and PE candidates.
