To explore the effects of fluoride and arsenic exposure on reproductive function and offspring development, we used two generations of reproductive experiments to observe the reproductive function and the development of offspring of Wistar rats exposed to As 2 O 3 Changes, and ovarian pathological changes. The results showed that with the increase of exposure dose, the pregnancy rate, normal delivery rate, survival rate and feeding survival rate decreased. For example, in the high-dose group, the pregnancy rates of F0 and F1 were 73.0 8% and 61.4% While the control group was 92.31% and 84.62%, while body fluoride and arsenic significantly increased. The body weight of the high dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group. For example, the average body weight of the high dose group was only 38.45 g on the 30th day of birth, While the control group was 60.84g. Observed by scanning electron microscopy, all stages of oocytes were significantly pathological changes occurred. Fluvastium has a significant damage to the reproductive system in rats, and significantly inhibited the growth and development of offspring.
