白藜芦醇是广泛存在于葡萄、虎杖及花生等植物中的非黄酮类多酚化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化及抑制血小板聚集等作用,可用于治疗炎症、脂类代谢异常和心脏疾病等[1-2].随着研究的深入,发现白藜芦醇亦可治疗肿瘤及其他增生性疾病,且对肝癌、食管癌、前列腺癌、宫颈癌及白血病等均具有明显的治疗作用[3-4],对胃癌也有治疗作用,但其具体机制尚不清楚.本文对白藜芦醇的抗胃癌作用机制的研究进
