传统领导理论过于强调领导者本人的特质、行为对领导有效性的影响,而忽视了员工的领导知觉与偏好在领导一下属互动关系中发挥的作用。基于员工领导偏好的领导理论更加注重领导、员工和组织情境互动关系的研究,逐渐成为领导理论的重要研究方向。本文在回顾分析和整合现有员工领导偏好研究成果的基础上,从国家、组织以及个体层面构建了一个员工领导偏好的前因变量和作用效果的理论模型,并提出了员工领导偏好视角下的领导有效性分析框架。
Traditional leadership theory overemphasizes the influence of leader’s own characteristics and behaviors on the effectiveness of leadership, while neglects the role of employee’s leadership perception and preference in leading an interactive relationship. Based on the leadership theory preferred by employee leaders, more emphasis is placed on the research on the interaction between leaders, employees and organizational context, and has gradually become an important research direction of leadership theory. On the basis of reviewing and integrating existing research findings of employee leadership preference, this paper constructs a theoretical model of antecedents and preconditions of employee leadership preferences from the perspectives of the state, organization and individual, Leadership effectiveness analysis framework.
