对百分表机构误差进行谐波分析,早就有人提出。方法是在10毫米量程上均布地检测12个点的示值误差,然后按通常的方法进行数学处理,求出不同频次误差的振幅和位相。实验表明:12个检测点是不够的,对于同一块百分表,选择不同位相检测误差,计算结果互不相符。增加检测点又使数学处理的过程变得更为复杂。而且,由于对百分表机构的具体情况和不同频次误差的出现规律予先缺少分析使计算所得各次谐波很难与机构的实际情况相呼应。这就限制了上述方法在实践中的应用。本文从调修观点出发,导出百分表机构理论误差的函数表达式,分析了理论误差曲线的
Harmonic analysis of the dial indicator error has long been proposed.
