在硅醇盐存在下以阴离子开环聚合方法合成了线型甲基苯基乙烯基硅油,着重考察了多种聚合工艺因素对产物苯基乙烯基硅油折光率和热特性的影响规律,并通过优化实验条件,合成了高折光率(1.5000以上)的甲基苯基乙烯硅油,后者具有较高的透光率和优良的耐热性能,可望作为硅系LED封装基础材料应用。
Linear methylphenyl vinyl silicone oil was synthesized by anionic ring-opening polymerization in the presence of silicon alkoxide. The influence of various polymerization process factors on the refractive index and thermal properties of the product phenyl vinyl silicone oil was investigated. The experimental conditions were optimized. Methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil with high refractive index (1.5000 and above) was synthesized. The latter has high light transmittance and excellent heat resistance. It is expected to be used as the base material of silicon based LED package.
