Objective: To elucidate the radiological stages and prognoses of pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia (PCP) in non-AIDS immunocopromised patients.Methods: Retrospective analysis of radiological manifestations and prognoses of 50 non-AIDS PCP immunocopromised patients from August 2009 to July 2013.Chest radiograph were divided into 3 stages: early stage (normal or nearly normal Chest radiograph), mid stage (bilateral pulmonary infiltrates) and late stage (bilateral pulmonary consolidations);chest HRCT were also divided into 3 stages: early stage (bilateral diffuse GGO), mid stage (bilateral diffuse GGO and patchy consolidations) and late stage (bilateral diffuse consolidations).
