Objectives Metastasis diseases accounts for a large proportion of GC related mortality.Genistein has been proved to be capable of decreasing metastasis related motility in multiple cancers.However, whether Genistein affects the invasive and metastatic ability of gastric cancer cells remains undear.Meanwhile, Genisteins estrogen like effect and nonspecific toxicity limited its clinical application.To overcome Genisteins side effects, we have previously constructed a fluorine substitution modified molecule KBU2046 and proved it to be much less toxic while remaining the anti-metastasis property.
