Objective Evaluation of recurrent calculus and influencing factors of small incision combined with large papillary balloon dilation in the treatment of youth choledocholithiasis with stone diameter larger than 10mm.Method Three hundred young and middle-aged patients with choledocholithiasis were collected and hospitalized from 2007 June to 2008 June, stone diameter ≥10 mm.According to the treatment were randomly divided into papillary small incision combined with EPLBD (EST+EPLBD) group and EST group, compared recent (≤3 years) and long-term (>3 years) stone recurrence rate of two groups after long term follow-up, and the risk factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.
