Objective: In this study we aim to examine the effects of Calculus Bovis cultivated by Glucuronidase (CBCG), in vitro cultured substitute of natural Calculus Bovis, on the development of atherosclerosis in apolipoprotein E knockout (apoE-/-) mice and determine the underlying mechanism.
