Objective:One of the most frequent complications after operations with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) is renal dysfunction which arises at 29% of patients.Aprotinin traditionally used at cardiac surgery,90% which are deduced through kidneys.The aim of work:to estimate frequency of development renal dysfunctions in early postoperative period after CPB depending on use of aprotinin.
