对含穿透损伤的平纹织物-单向带混杂铺层层合板挖补修理后的拉伸性能进行了试验研究,结果表明试件的拉伸强度随挖补斜度的增大而提高,当挖补斜度达到1:30时,修理试件的强度可以达到完好板的103.2%。此外挖补斜度不同的试件表现出不同的破坏模式.在试验基础上建立有限元模型研究修理试件的拉伸性能,计算得到的极限强度和破坏模式与试验结果吻合良好.通过有限元模型进一步分析了挖补斜度对胶膜应力分布、试件拉伸强度及破坏模式的影响.研究结论可以为含穿透损伤混杂铺层层板的挖补修理设计提供理论指导。
Tensile properties of the plain weave with penetrating damage - one-way mixed laminate plywood after digging and repairing were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of the specimen increases with the increase of dredging slope, When the degree reaches 1:30, the strength of the repaired specimen can reach 103.2% of the intact plate. In addition, the specimens with different slopes show different failure modes.The finite element model was established on the basis of the experiment to study the tensile properties of the repaired specimens.The calculated ultimate strength and failure mode agree well with the experimental results.According to the finite element model The influence of the dredging slope on the stress distribution, the tensile strength and the failure mode of the film was further analyzed.The research conclusion can provide theoretical guidance for the dredging repair design of the mixed laminated ply with penetration damage.
