用微波辐射法快速合成了红色荧光化合物La2O2S:Eu。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计等手段对合成产物进行了分析和表征,并研究了不同助熔剂Li2CO3、Na2CO3、K2CO3、(NH4)2CO3对材料物相结构、微观形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明:4种助熔剂的加入均可得到单相晶体,材料的晶体结构为六方晶系,与La2O2S的相同。颗粒尺寸以及微观形貌因助熔剂的不同而有所差别。发光性质研究表明:不同助熔剂的加入并没有改变样品发射谱主峰位置(627nm),但对其峰强度产生明显影响;激发光谱主峰的位置及强度也发生了较大变化。
The red fluorescent compound La2O2S: Eu was synthesized rapidly by microwave irradiation. The synthesized products were analyzed and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The effects of different fluxes Li2CO3, Na2CO3, K2CO3 and (NH4) Structure, microstructure and luminescent properties. The results show that the single crystal can be obtained by adding four fluxes. The crystal structure of the material is hexagonal, which is the same as La2O2S. Particle size and morphology vary depending on flux. The study of luminescence properties shows that the addition of different fluxes does not change the main emission peak location (627nm), but significantly affects the peak intensity. The position and intensity of the main emission peak also change greatly.
