人类基因组中肿瘤相关的反式作用小干扰RNA(tasiRNA)的探索

本研究采用生物信息学和分子生物学结合的方法,发现和鉴定人类基因组中肿瘤相关的反式作用小干扰RNA (tasiRNA)基因同系物.在完成人类基因组,MPSS和小RNA数据的采集和预处理工作的基础上,设计和实现tasiRNA基因识别算法,基于测序分析的数据重新筛选候选基因,并基本的分子生物学验证.本研究在参考已有其他物种小RNA种类的基础上,发现人类基因组新类型的肿瘤相关tasiRNA,并开发相应的具有可扩展性的技术体系.
