激光液相烧蚀法制备纳米ZnO及其发光性能研究

  利用532 nm脉冲激光对沉浸在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的水溶液中的金属锌靶进行液相激光烧蚀,合成了纳米ZnO.利用X射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜和荧光光度计表征产物的微观结构和发光性能.结果表明:纳米ZnO通过自组装形成不均匀的薄膜状结构,这种自组装是由于CTAB分子与纳米晶粒的静电排斥作用.纳米胶体溶液在411 nm(3.02eV),436nm(2.84eV),558(2.22eV)附近均有发光峰,其发光是由于本征缺陷的锌间隙和氧空位导致的.
