  Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)have advantages on its high chemical stability,high electrical conductivity,nano-size and high surface area.Many novel electrode architectures and nano-biosensors used the MWCNTs as the main catalytic and conductive material [1].A lot of organic dyes are widely employed as the electrochemical actively molecular for the construction of bio-sensitive membrane,such as thionine(THI),toluidine blue(TB),methylene blue(MB)and prussian blue [2].The excellent film-forming properties and biocompatibility of chitosan(CS)polymers encouraged researchers to fabricate many kinds of biosensors employing CS as a matrix [3,4].
