胃癌是中国临床常见恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人民身心健康.中医学指出胃癌因情志、饮食等因素损伤脾胃,致使痰、湿、瘀等浊邪凝滞,病性属本虚标实.经方指《伤寒杂病论》中记载的方剂,具有药简效宏的特点.本文就临床治疗胃癌常用经方,分析其在改善症状、减轻放化疗副作用以及提高生活质量等方面的优势.
