从5000t级重载运输配套所需要的牵引动力出发.论证了新型内燃机车的功率、轴式、轴重、总粘着重量、四轴转向架的型式和性能、机车长度和上部重量;并从国内货运机车运用负荷率的统计数据(柴油机额定负荷率低于1%,常用功率为30~50%,空转率高达30~55%),分析了单机大功率柴油机与低负荷工况节能经济运行两者的矛盾,经济性差。双机组或主副机组有可能克服这一弊病。提出了“一主一辅”或“双主机”同装一台车的节能协调方式和相应的三种机车建议方案。
From the 5000t class heavy haul transport required traction power set off. Demonstration of the new diesel locomotive power, shaft, shaft weight, total adhesion weight, four-axle bogie type and performance, length and weight of the upper part of the locomotive; and from the domestic freight locomotive load factor statistics (diesel load rating low At 1%, the common power is 30 ~ 50% and the idle rate is as high as 30 ~ 55%). The contradiction between single-engine high-power diesel engine and economical operation under low load is analyzed, and the economy is poor. Double unit or the main unit may be able to overcome this malady. Proposed a “one master one auxiliary” or “double master” with a car energy-saving coordination and the corresponding three kinds of locomotive proposals.
