目的:调查分析我校第一附属医院鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用的三种抗菌药物的耐药性,检测多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药基因型以及分析多重耐药株的克隆流行情况.方法:收集成都医学院附属医院近两年101株临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌,琼脂稀释法测定101株鲍曼不动杆菌和77株喹诺酮耐药鲍曼的药敏情况,依据CLSI 2014的标准判定耐药性,PCR检测相关的耐药基因,MLST法对41株多重耐药菌进行同源性分析.结果:76

目的:调查分析我校第一附属医院鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用的三种抗菌药物的耐药性,检测多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药基因型以及分析多重耐药株的克隆流行情况.方法:收集成都医学院附属医院近两年101株临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌,琼脂稀释法测定101株鲍曼不动杆菌和77株喹诺酮耐药鲍曼的药敏情况,依据CLSI 2014的标准判定耐药性,PCR检测相关的耐药基因,MLST法对41株多重耐药菌进行同源性分析.结果:76.24 %(77/101)株鲍曼不动杆菌对喹诺酮耐药,耐药株中均存在gyrA (Ser83Leu)或ParC (Ser80Leu)突变,敏感株中不存在突变,且未检测到质粒介导的喹诺酮耐药基因.77株喹诺酮耐药株对氨基糖苷类和碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药率均较高,耐药率最低的亚胺培南为82.87%.
