Entomogenous fungus,a promising source for the discovery of new antitumor agents,has received considerable attention from around the world.In the present study,Four cold-adapted entogenous fungi such as Akanthomyces sp.(A01),Gibellula sp.(G01),Hirsutella spp.(H01 and H02) were incubated at 20 ℃ on a rotary shaker at 175 rpm for 7 days.Their fermentation broth and mycelium were extracted by 75 ％ethanol,respectively.Based on the theory of liquid-liquid extraction,the warm aqueous suspensions of ethanol extracts were successively extracted with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,and water saturated butanol,respectively.
