Objective:This study aims to conduct a comparison of the cytokine expression in human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) under different culture systems and during the different time period.Methods:1.Hanging drop protocol was used to prepare MSCs as spheroids with different cell densities (2.5*103,6.5*103,25*103,50*103 cells/drop).2D-MSCs,spheroids and spheroid-derived MSCs were seeded at equal cell density.
