Purpose:To evaluate the possible differences of alignment strategy on refraction and aberration outcomes between vertex-centered and pupil-centered after the corneal refractive surgery.Methods:A comprehensive literature search was conducted in PubMed,Medline,EMBASE and the Cochrane Library to identify relevant studies comparing the vertex-centered strategy to pupil-centered in comeal refractive surgery.
