Objective: To investigate the risk factors of the early recurrence(recurrence-free time ≤1 year) of HBV-related HCC that meets the Milan Criteria after curative resection.Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 224patients of HCC meeting the Milan Criteria who underwent liver resection at our center between February 2007 and March2012.The overall survival (OS) rate, recurrence-free survival(RFS) rate, and risk factors of early recurrence were analyzed.
