　　Objective: Hypoxic preconditioning(HPC)has been shown to be protective against injuries induced by hypoxia exposure and effective in improving tolerance or performance at high altitude.Previous studies have adopted different methods to achieve HPC,including hypobaric and normobaric HPC.However,whether hypobaric or normobaric HPC exerts similar preconditioning effects is still controversial.
