Concrete beam bridge is a kind of most widely used bridge types in worldwide.With the increase of bridge constructions,accidents happen frequently during the construction stage and the service stage.Therefore,it's necessary to pay attention to the safety evaluation of concrete beam bridges.A lot of researches have been conducted on the bridge safety evaluation.However,the researches always focused on the service stage (Zhang 1992),and most of the researches are on the evaluations of load bearing capacities and remaining life of bridges.However,the whole life cycle of bridge begins at the construction stage,instead of the service stage.Therefore,it's also necessary to perform research on bridge safety evaluation for construcfion stage.By now,researches on bridge safety evaluation for construction stage are few (Ayyub 1983,EI-Shahhat 1994,Karshenas 1994),especially conducting safety evaluation with test data in construction stage.
