OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to explore the proliferation, differentiation and mineralization of MC3T3 cells in different concentration of aspirin and its possible mechanisms.METHODS: MTT experiments were conducted to test the proliferation of MC3T3 cells in different concentration of aspirin (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 5, 10mmol/L).Alkaline phosphatase staining,quantitative analysis and alizarin red staining were used to show the differentiation and mineralization of MC3T3 cells in different concentrations of aspirin.Western Blot and Real-time PCR were used to explore the possible mechanism of aspirin on MC3T3 cells.
