Background: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm is a distinctive pancreatic tumor of low-malignant potential due to its characteristic clinicopathologic features and distinct immunophenotype.Although solid pseudopapillary neoplasm related protein coding genes have been increasingly exposed, an integrated analysis for the role of miRNA and mRNA in it has not been widely investigated.A central goal of our study is to uncover regulatory mechanisms underlying oncogenesis of solid pseudopapillary neoplasm and potential therapeutic applications by constructing the gene regulatory network among TFs, microRNAs and their target genes.
