Objective To compare the diagnostic rates of intestinal Behcets disease adopted different diagnostic criteria.To evaluate the mucosal healing effect of glucocorticoids used for induction.Methods Consecutivepatients diagnosed as intestinal Behcets disease (definite and probable) in our IBD center from July 2012 to July 2013 were recmited.The diagnosis was based on typical ileocecus ulcer and clinical features according to the 2009 KOREA diagnostic criteria (Am J Gastroenteml 2009).Intestinal tuberculosis was carefully exduded.All cases had been followed up for more than 9 months.No anal fistula occurred during follow-up.No granuloma had been observed in the pathology by operation or/and biopsy.
