主要内容:解决"三农"问题的关键是搞活农产品流通,农产品流通体系分为农产品流通渠道体系、农产品市场体系、农产品流通规范与支撑体系,本研究重点分析了制约农产品流通效率的因素,提出我国农产品流通效率的基本思路,要创新和完善农户参与农产品流通模式,加强农产品流通基础设施建设和信息化建设,充分发挥不同市场的功能与作用,加大对农民合作组织的支持和是常见滚力度,加快农产品流通,同时强化市场参与者、管理者的品牌意识和安全意识.
