  树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)是免疫系统中重要的抗原递呈细胞,其成熟和功能状态决定着免疫应答的走向和强度.过去的研究已证实多种转录因子、细胞因子、受体等在DC的分化发育中发挥着重要作用,如PU.1、STAT3、FIt3/FIt3L,也确定了很多DCs功能相关的蛋白分子,如CD80/86、CD40、MHC/HLA.然而,这些都是编码蛋白的基因,且并非DC特异性表达.大量研究已经证实哺乳动物基因组能够转录产生大量的长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA),其在免疫系统中的功能还知之甚少.
