Objective:To prepare CsA solid self-microemulsion,and determining the particle size,zeta potential of CsA self-microemulsion before the adsorption and CsA self-microemulsion after the adsorption,and to evaluate the powder properties of CsA solid self-microemulsion,and determining its content.Methods:Using spherical crystallization technique prepare porous microspheres of ethyl cellulose;in conjunction with other carrier treating liquid CsA microemulsion; determining the change of particle size,zeta potential of CsA self-microemulsion before the adsorption and after the adsorption by Malvern,investigate powder properties and content determination.
