We report a case of primary seminal vesicle paraganglioma.A 44-year-old male patient presented with recurrent lower abdominal discomfort and chest distress for more than 2 years. He was admitted for hypertension and suspicious of coronary heart disease.Subsequent analyses revealed elevated urine vanillylmandelic acid. And CT showed a mass in the left seminal vesicle, considering ectopic pheochromocytoma. The patient underwent laparascopic reseection of the left seminal mass and was found to be paraganglioma of seminal vesicle on pathology.Postoperatively, the symptoms disappeared and the blood pressure returned to normal. In summary, primary paraganglioma of seminal vesicle is rare, and laparascopic reseection is proved a safe and effective management for localized paraganglioma.
