  Large-scale bridges are mainly located within the complicated atmospheric environment contaminated by aggressive agent and the reinforcement bars embedded within concrete components are in the possible risk of corrosion due to the porosity of concrete.Thus it is no doubt important to determine the convincing service life or its reliability within the designed service period.The combination of numerical simulation of diffusion and corresponding structural analysis is reasonable and its feasibility was presented for practical application.
