Aim Peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), the brand-new groundbreaking therapy, seems to be superior to the old treatments like pneumatic dilation and laparoscopic Hellers myotomy.In this randomized controlled trial, we aimed to compare the outcomes of POEM and pneumatic dilation (PD) in terms of safety, feasibility, clinical statistics and manifestations.
