  苯并芘(BaP)是多环芳烃中的典型代表,广泛存在于各种环境中,在体内可代谢为BPDE,导致各种毒性.BaP可引起子痫、子宫内生长受限、流产等相关疾病.在胚胎发育过程中,绒毛膜外滋养层细胞迁移并侵袭子宫蜕膜.侵袭迁移不足将引发子痫前期(PE)、子痫等不良妊娠结局;而过度侵袭则会引发侵袭性葡萄胎和绒毛膜癌等疾病.目前,关于BaP是否会影响滋养层细胞的功能、迁移和侵袭能力、以及相应的分子机制并不清楚.
