MXenes are novel graphene-like two-dimensional(2D)transition metal carbides.We reported the synthesis of a MXene,Ti3C2 with H and/or F termination,by immersing Ti3AlC2 in 40%or 49%hydrofluoric acid(HF)at 0 ℃,15 ℃ and 60 ℃,respectively.The influences of time,temperature and source of Ti3AlC2 on the synthesis were researched.As-synthesized MXene could be delaminated by intercalation with urea,dimethylsulfoxide or ammonia.
