腔静脉后输尿管开放手术与腹腔镜手术的治疗

【摘要】

：

目的:探讨腔静脉后输尿管开放的手术与腹腔镜手术的效果.方法:本组11例腔静脉后输尿管;男性7例;女性4例,平均38岁(20～46)岁,通过B超、静脉肾盂造影、逆行肾盂造影及逆行肾盂造影联合下腔静脉造影,确诊为下腔静脉后输尿管.8例行开放手术,其中7例游离输尿管并切断复位,放置双"J"管行输尿管端端斜面吻合.1例肾脏皮质菲薄无功能行肾切除.另外3例行腹腔镜下输尿管端端吻合;术中后腹腔径路找到输尿管进
