本文介绍了消毒供应中心采用集中管理模式，对所有需要消毒或灭菌后重复使用的诊疗器械，器具和物品由消毒供应中心回收，集中清洗，消毒，灭菌和供应。叙述了消毒供应中心去污区、检查包装区、无菌物品存放区作业流程的管理，提高了消毒供应中心的整体素质，节省了人力、物力，使物品的消毒、灭菌效果得到了保证，显著地降低了医院获得性感染的几率。
