Objective:To initial evaluate the clinical effects of ultrasonic Scalpel in the posterior cervicothoracic surgeryMethods:11 cases with cervical or thoracic diseases were used ultrasonic Scalpel during the operation of posterior laminal enlarging decompression Results:All operation were performed successfully,the operation time:cervical was 50-70min,(mean 60min),thoracic was 45-120min (mean 80min),no posthemorrhage.
