Objective To explore the mechanism of endothelium oxidative stress damage by PMN in intermittent hypoxia model and try to test the effect of antioxidant Tempol on protecting endothelium cells from oxidative stress damage. Methods The study contains several experiment groups. They are IH group, normal oxygen group, IH+NS group and IH + Tempol group.N2 and compressed air were aerated into the sealed box by tums intermittently to mimic hypoxia/re-oxygenation environment of OSA patient.
