Background Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL),nasal-type,is a distinct entity of lymphoid tissue malignancy.Treatment strategies and prognosis totally depend on the disease stages.Localized ENKL (stage Ⅰ/ Ⅱ) responds well to radiotherapy or to concurrent radiation and chemotherapy,but advanced stages (stage Ⅲ /Ⅳ),the response rate and survival were much poor.
