干旱胁迫对节节麦DNA甲基化的影响

本实验以节节麦的抗旱品系SL-1和普通品系T-27为材料,研究节节麦在干旱处理前后DNA甲基化的变化情况,试图通过确定发生DNA甲基化变化的序列并结合GenBank寻找同源序列阐明干旱胁迫对DNA甲基化的影响,为在探索抗旱高产小麦产量形成的生理基础,提供理论依据。同时也为小麦的抗旱稳产提供实践指导。主要的实验结果如下:(1.)干旱胁迫会引起节节麦DNA甲基化水平及状态发生改变。在苗期干旱胁迫时,材料SL-1的叶片甲基化水平明显提高,而材料T-27的根部甲基化水平增加。(
