田鼠巴贝斯虫TrxR氨基酸突变对其酶活性的影响
【摘 要】
：
巴贝斯虫病是一种由巴贝斯虫感染引起的人兽共患原虫病。巴贝斯虫主要寄生于哺乳动物红细胞,在红细胞内繁殖,在此过程中,巴贝斯虫处于有氧环境,受到活性氧(ROS)的毒性效应。巴贝斯虫为了抵抗氧化应激,启动体内的硫氧还蛋白(Trx)系统。硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TrxR)是一种NADPH依赖的包含FAD结合结构域的二聚体硒酶,属于吡啶核苷酸-二硫化物氧化还原酶家族成员,它参与防御氧化应激,与硫氧还蛋白(Trx)
